Aye yay yay.

Today was a very stressful day. I really hate my boss at my church job. She's a total jerk and if I didn't need the money so bad, I would totally quite. I came home after mass this morning a raging bitch and took it out on poor Anthony. The day got a little better with lunch with my mom. I did well eating up till that point.

B - 2 veggie sausage, 2 tbs light sour cream - 200 cal, 22 gm p
S-home mad tea misto - 90 cal, 8 grm p
L - 1/2 bison burger with cheese (about 3 oz meat, no bun) approx 5 french fries - aprox 350 cal 25 gmr p
S - tea misto, 1 choco graham - 250 cal, 9 gm p

It was during the late afternoon I began to stress seriously about our money situation. I need to get some sort of consistent job that is going to bring a steady, weekly 2nd income into this house. This is where a little stress eating began:

S? taste (tsp?) chocolate frosting
S? baked tortilla chips and light ranch dip - 200 cal?

Then I did something amazing. I got off my ass and WORKED OUT. Yes, that's right. I did a kick ass cardio session for 35 minutes instead of continuing the stress eating cycle.
But I still need a job. badly.
I'm looking and looking. My resume needs a serious re-haul. Thank goodness for my brother, who is working on it as we speak. I just don't know how we will get through if I don't start working more. I guess 4 part time jobs (church, UNH, home studio and music director) just aren't enough. Who knew?
So, let's survey the damage:
D: carbsmart tortilla, 3/4 cup light cheese, light ranch dip: 360 cal 29 grm p
D: sugar free pudding, sugar free angelfood cake: 160 cal 2 grm p

Total for today: 1810 cal (ACK!!!) 96 grm p.

Edited to add: I DID burn 350 cals during my kick ass working. Yea!
