Ok, I did not do as well as I had hoped today, calorie wise. I felt fine after lunch, but I didn't realize how many calories would be in my salad, and not only that, but I fell for the temptation of another tea AND the dreaded chocolate grahams. Penny and I were out for some "girl time" and she grabbed the grahams. I should have opened my mouth and said I was trying to stay away from them, but I kept it shut. I think because I wanted an excuse to have them. "well, it wasn't MY fault..." Yeah, whatever. It WAS my fault. I know that.
Luckily, tomorrow is another day. I have a lot of good things I did today, and I am not going to let my evening indiscretions ruin it. It will work out better tomorrow.
