Stuck in the house, but still a good day over all!

Ok, time for the food counting... my "favorite" time of day.

B-1/2 cup tea 45 cal 4 grm p
B- veggie sausage patties 2 tbs light sour cream - 200 cal 22 grm p
S - 2 low fat cheese sticks - 140 cal 16 grm p
L- salad w/ romaine sunflower seeds, craisins, ceasar dressing - 250 cal 7 grm p
S- 2 cheese sticks, 9 slices turkey pepperoni, home made sauce - 185 cal 20 grm p
S - tea misto, 1 chocolate graham (I conned my hubby into getting me one) - 250 cal 10 grm p
D - 3/4 carbsmart tortilla, 2 oz ground turkey breast, 1 1/2 cheese sticks, 1 tbs light sour cream - 310 cal, 32 grm p
S? - other chocolate graham - 150 cal

total: 1530 cal 111 grm p.
Great protein intake! But, once again, I would have done a little "better" calorie wise without the damn chocolate. But, still - just over 1500 for a girl who weighs in at 255 is not bad! Hell, I could lay in bed all day and burn more than 3000 cals! Ha!
But, I don't.
And, to top off this almost stellar day of eating, I did 35 minutes of my high intensity cardio workout. Thank you Biggest Loser DVD!
