Ok, here is the scoop thus far:

B- tea misto - 100 cal - 8 grm p
B2 - 2 cheese sticks - 120 cal 16 grm p
S - 2 veggie sausage patties, 2 tbs light sour cream - 200 cal 20 grms p
S2- tea misto - 100 cal 8 grm p
L - carbsmart tortilla, 1/2 cup low fat cheese, 2 tbs sour cream, 1 serving(aprox) light chips - 430 cal, 24 grm p
Damage so far: 950 cal 76 grm p

Now, I probably won't have an afternoon snack, since I had a large lunch. I am planning a salad for dinner, and maybe a little chicken. I am hoping not to break 1200, so as long as I stick to water (no more teas for me!) and don't fall prey to any unhealthy snacking, I should be good!
Another interesting observation. First, I thought that I had consumed many more calories today then I have, probably because I have felt like the food has been really dense, and there for calorie heavy. But, because I have not consumed anything really "empty" (except my little chip fiasco) I think it's a reasonable amount for the cals.
Speaking of chips, I will be honest and say I did not count my chips (10 is a serving) but I didn't go nuts. I think I stuck to about a serving. Chips aren't usually in the house, so this won't be a problem often.

Exercise:

25 minutes Biggest Loser Cardio Max. I have no idea how many cals I burned. Maybe I can find out somehow.
I hate exercise. I hate sweating. I hate when my face gets red. I hate everything about it, except when it's over. BUT, I am ULTRA proud of myself that I have gotten back into the exercise mode. I think this is day 4 this week. Go me!
I really hope that keeping better track of things will help my weight to start moving again. I have about 80 lbs to go to get to my goal.

So, I burned about 285 cals during my workout. Not too shabby.
