Now, usually I don't bother with decimal points. I would have said "253", but for accuracy purposes, I will.
This is my lowest on the journey so far. Finally breaking that dreaded 255 that I have been looking at (255-258-257-255-256 etc.) for the last month. I think writing everything down and keeping up with my exercise is just what I need to make this work.
I am starving and I have 3 hours worth of students coming soon, so I have to motor.

I think accountability has alot to do with long term success. Starting this blog was a great way to do that! That's one of the reasons I started mine.
