tea misto (made at home) 60 cal 5 grm p
S - tea misto (starbucks) 100 cal, 9 gm p
L - 1 serving baked tortilla chips, 1/2 cup low fat cheese, salsa, 2 tbs light sour cream - 320 cal, 18 gm p.
Damage so far: 600 cal, 48 grm p.
I think it pays to be busy. Because I was with students all morning, I didn't have time to eat/snack any more. But, I also don't feel nearly as hungry as I did yesterday.
No cardio yet today. Not sure if I will or not.
