New plan

Ok, so I brought more food with me to work today. It's more of a mix of protein, fruits and a little carbs (1 serv). I am really hoping this will prevent me from being in the pain I was in yesterday. It was not comfortable. I feel like it only stopped when I ate a larger amount of food, and that idea makes me uncomfortable because that means I have more room in the pouch. I know that happens eventually, and I am 9 months out, but it makes me scared to slip up and gain all my weight back. I actually had a nightmare last night that I never had the surgery and I was still 365 lbs. Very very awful.
Work is slow, and while I don't mind having a minute to blog, this day is going to take forever unless I find something to do.
Food for the day:
Coffee drink (no, NOT a tea misto, a sugar free coffee mix) 90 cal
peanut butter cookies: 160 cal, 16 grm P
3 cheese sticks: 210 cal, 24 grm P
sausage patties: 160 cal, 20 grm P
sour cream (for sausage) 80 cal, 4 grm P
strawberries: 50 cal
S/F pudding: 60 cal, 2 grm P
1 serv baked chips: 120 cal, ?P 20 grm carb
920 cal, 50 grm P, 36 total grm carbs.
