Maybe I should just go to bed.
It's amazing to me, how one day, you can eat well, work out, feel good about it, feel like it's NOT hard. Then you have a day when you are forcing yourself out of the kitchen every 10 minutes.
I didn't have a stellar eating day. I did make a Starbucks faux pas, but I'm not totally killing myself about it. I'm still technically under my calorie range, but over range in protein, fat, and now, sugar. Awesome. Amazingly enough, my carbs are only a little over where they should be.
Anyway, I am tired of talking about it. I'm going to drink some more water, and go to bed. Thank goodness I get a new shipment of Click tomorrow. I love my Click shakes!!!
