Feeling good!

Amazing, right? Just a little update. Feeling so much better emotionally. Today was a fantastically balanced eating day PLUS the hubs and I joined the gym down the street and I did a 45 minute, 400 calorie busting cardio workout. I hurt now, but really, I have to suck it up. Tylenol is lovely.
I am really looking forward to taking advantage of the classes, the great cardio equipment, and the state of the art resistance equipment. Meeting with a trainer on Monday, and I am excited to get going on a routine. I am not great with the resistance training, as in, knowing what to do, how many reps, etc. So, it will be great to figure that out.
I hope things continue to go in this great direction! Fingers crossed!
