I know I am not that far out, but I feel the need to get back on track. I have strayed slowly and surely from the plan, and I need to find my way back there without feeling like I am "dieting". When I feel like I'm dieting, I want to eat and eat and eat! Anyway, these are the things I need to do to get back on track:
1. Cut out the sugar. I do dump, so I don't eat more then 10 grams at a time, but I eat it throughout the day. Damn you, chocolate grahams!
2. Cut out the refined carbs. Goldfish crackers are NOT my friend.
3. Go back to only eating when I am hungry.
4. Drinking more than 64 oz of liquids, NOT including milk.
This seems like a lot to me, but I know I have to do it. My weight loss has stalled and I have at least 50 more lbs to lose! I can do it!

I know it's hard but you can do it!! Maybe this full time job will help? It will limit your time to eat (or think about eating) during the day.
